These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ENVOYG (the “Service”), a product built and operated by Ridgepoint Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ENVOYG is an AI-assisted coaching product that helps aspiring solo entrepreneurs move from an idea toward their first paying customer, primarily by suggesting one focused action (“mission”) per day and providing coaching, playbooks, and templates. The Service is informational and motivational in nature.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• submit content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law; or
• misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

4. AI-generated content — not professional advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, missions, and coaching responses. This content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything important.

5. No guarantee of results

Your results depend on your own effort, skills, and market. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, client, or business outcome. ENVOYG is a system and a path, not a promise.

6. Partner links & referrals

Some tools we recommend are partners, and we may earn a referral fee if you sign up through our links. We always show a free or do-it-yourself alternative alongside paid options, and we rank recommendations by fit, not payout. See our partner & referral disclosure for details.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit (for example, your business details and coaching conversations). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending relevant inputs to our AI providers to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, playbooks, and templates, is owned by Ridgepoint Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for templates we expressly provide for your own use, you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including cloud hosting, analytics, and AI model providers) to function. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridgepoint Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ridgepoint Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
