Privacy Policy

Effective July 6, 2026 · ENVOYG is built and operated by Ridgepoint Inc..

This Privacy Policy explains how Ridgepoint Inc., which builds and operates ENVOYG (the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored hashed, never in plain text).
  • Profile & business information — details you provide during onboarding and use (for example your name, skills, available hours, budget, business idea, offer, and goals).
  • Coaching content — your missions, reflections, and conversations with the AI coach.
  • Usage & device data — analytics events and basic technical information about how you use the Service, to help us improve it.

2. How we use your information

  • to provide the Service and personalize your daily missions and coaching;
  • to maintain your progress, momentum, and history;
  • to improve and secure the Service; and
  • to communicate with you about your account and relevant updates.

3. AI processing

To generate coaching responses, missions, and recommendations, we send relevant inputs (such as your business details and messages) to our AI model providers, currently Anthropic and OpenAI, which process them to return a result. We do not sell your personal information. Providers process data under their own terms and do not use your content to train their models except as permitted by their policies.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting;
  • PostHog — product analytics;
  • Anthropic and OpenAI — AI model processing; and
  • referral partners you choose to visit (see below).

5. Partner referrals

Some outbound links in the Service are partner referrals, and we may earn a fee if you sign up. A free or do-it-yourself alternative is always shown, and we rank by fit, not payout. See our partner & referral disclosure.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your associated data, subject to any legal retention requirements.

8. Your rights & choices

  • Access & export — you can export your data from Settings.
  • Correction — you can update your profile and business details at any time.
  • Deletion — you can delete your account and data from Settings, or email us to request deletion.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including row-level access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
